Anne is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience as both a classroom teacher and literacy consultant. As a former high school English teacher, she has spent over two decades helping students craft compelling college essays and supplements. Her passion lies in understanding how students learn best and meeting them at that point. Anne brings this same dedication to her role as a college consultant and essay coach. She helps students discover their academic/intellectual strengths and identify a strong college fit. With her knowledge of academic pathways and her genuine enjoyment of working with young people, Anne guides high schoolers and their families through the college admissions process in a supportive and relaxed fashion. When not working with students, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with family, friends, and her energetic black dog.
